I've enabled SSL in the Hosting Plan. But the SSL Tab is missing in the Web Site properties. Are there any other dependencies that is required?
Thanks.
Javier
Hello,
It depends on your IIS Version.
v8.x can handle SNI, if you enable that in the IIS Service Settings inside SolidCP Portal.
versions below can only handle Dedicated IP's before SSL tabs show up.

Marco
@marco , thanks for this. Yes I am using IIS 8.5.
For anyone who wants to achieve this, 2 parts:
- In your web server's server properties (in SolidCP Panel) set Use SNI (Server Name Indication) to enabled (I missed this one out)
- Under your Hosting Plans select SSL to enabled
Hi,
I apologise for the ressurection of an old post but if you only have access to a shared IP and are using Server 2008 would Let's Encrypt be available?
Regards,
Adam
Windows 2008 lacks SNI there for with a single ip you would only have the ability to have 1 single certificate.
