Thank you for reply but I didn't get what you mean, because I am not upgrading from 1.4.2 to 1.4.3 I am using a fresh install of 1.4.3.

Which script should I change in 1.4.3 to get this working?

I guess this issue in 1.4.3 is related with the fact that I am translating the panel, because I keep replacing the files in SolidCP/Portal with the ones from localization toolkit and maybe in toolkit the files are not correct/updated.

use upgrading script file with 1.4.3 it self it will make some configuration will fixed this problem .

I think I understood what you mean now, sorry for me being a fool 🙂

I spent some time to find the upgrading script, then if someone arrives on this post, here is what I did:

1 - Download "Zip files for Manual Installations" from SolidCP website for version 1.4.3
2 - Unzip the folder "SolidCP-EnterpriseServer-Update.zip"
3 - Open the file from unziped folder "SolidCP-EnterpriseServer-Updatesetupupdate_db.sql"
4 - Change the first line from this: "USE [${install.database}]" to "USE [Your database Name]"
5 - Save and execute the script to your SolidCP database.

***Important! Save a full backup from your database BEFORE execute the update script, after all...shit happens 🙂

Now the SQL Server 2016 is counting correctly! thank you hamada for help me!
