SolidCP.SchedulerService.exe.config
Is the correct config file.
If it's missing (generally only happens with the installer update method which tends to delete it) your best to grab a copy from : http://installer.solidcp.com/Files/1.4.0/SolidCP-EnterpriseServer.zip
