Hey Guys,

Just curious if there is an issue with you servers tonight?

I was trying to install a remote server agent but I get a time out.  So i thought maybe there was something wrong with my installation.  When I went to your download section for 1.1.2, I also got a time out.

I can browse to my MSDN account and download ISOs no problem so I don't think it's an issue at my data center.

i thought I would let you guys know.

Thanks,

Matt.

Hello,

There shouldn't be any issues.

We have moved our servers to a different datacenter and on our own Ripe IP Range however.

So it might be possible that your dns cache prevented it from loading.

Could you let me know which ip it's giving you if you ping installer.solidcp.com ? (that will narrow down which server(s) your using).

Regards,

Marco

Hi Marco,

Sorry for the delay.

I tried to download today and it works no problem.

My server is in the data center so I am not sure what happen.

I know you mentioned a move to a different data center.

I have a data center in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at 151 Front St. West (TOR1)

If you need a mirror site let me know and I am happy to set you up with some VMs for hosting for free.

Thanks,

Matt.

As far as mirrors go: thanks for the offer, i will check up with the rest of management to see if we need more mirrors in canada, i will keep you posted about that 🙂
