Upgraded from Websitepanel - Smartermail not working

So the SQL:

Do you have all connection types enabled? (tcp/ip etc)

and is browser service enabled and started? (so remote connections work properly)

the username / password properly set? (maybe try and re-apply them properly).

yes, all fine, that's the thing, that remote ms sql server has run fine from Websitepanel for 2 years....

Is there a debug log somewhere for the call?

in 2 years there has been about 2000 commits with code changes, database changes and so on.

Some migrations are more smooth then others, but i can confirm all of them are easily do-able. (i even migrated some very large DNP (DotNetPanel) environments over to SolidCP in the past few months)

along as you look at it from the "current" perspective. in all honesty in troubleshooting the history can at most give clues to issues, but they never provide the solution.
