Hello,
To unlock an account you just go to the Customers --> click on your customer --> on the right side "Edit account details" --> look at "Account Status" and set it at Enabled if it's not already.

Hello
we are experiencing the same issue we recently migrated from MSPControl to Solidcp 1.4.4
whenever, we use "reset your password", the password supplied do not work because the account is locked. The user will not be able to login until the serveradmin has To unlock an account following Customers –> click on your customer –> on the right side “Edit account details” –> look at “Account Status” and set it at Enabled.
what can be done to prevent account from being locked ? let assume they forget their password and they end up doing password reset the user should be able to get and update the password to something new without contacting the server admin to Enabled the account .
Please help

@utind i am not sure if this bug is coming from MSPControl to SolidCP migration in the past for you, as up on normal once the user has reset the password the account is no longer locked.
Hi,
It should not be caused by MSP migration. Unfortunately when prompted for password recovery the account is not unlocked and causes unnecessary support requests.
