Well, we have had this problem forever. We were on an under-powered server and moved sites to 24 core 64 gig server which barely breathed over 5% CPU when we installed the SCP over there...same thing, incredibly slow. In fact, it was *slower* on the new, much faster, server...so odd. Its been investigated like crazy, but nobody can find a cause. Still takes 20, sometimes 30 seconds to open or save that website page. Running 1.3.0 now...same results, sadly.

Not sure what's causing it, but I've run perfmon 9 ways from sunday and even having multiple people save the settings on that page at the same time...barely and uptick in CPU or disk Queue, so, who knows.
