Hello, I am new to CP and I think I messed some things up.
I was trying to switch the host of a current website to another host.
I changed over all the DNS settings, (deleted all and added 2 NS, 2 A, and the CNAME) and this did not work in connecting the new website.
I figured I would go ahead and delete the existing website hosted on SOLID CP Server, but this did not make a difference.
Looking back into the records, it says that the deletion of the website had an error. I believe this was due to the fact that I did not disconnect the existing email addresses.
This is my website domain which shows old site:

This is me testing it out on another domain to see if it was an issue with my new host and it worked fine:

Not sure how to fix this. Please help!

Do you have server level access to the SolidCP Servers in question?
If so it's important to list the error obtained trying to delete it (it usually refers to an IIS lock or permission based errors).
In either case it's relatively easy to clean up server wise, DNS wise it shouldn't really matter aslong as it points to the right (new) server ip it should be using the new server.
