OS: Windows Server 2016
SolidCP: 1.1.2
MySQL: 5.5
FTP: Filezilla Server 0.9.60 Beta
We recently updated from Windows Server 2012 R2 to 2016 and when I added MySQL and FTP they are displayed on the server, and are part of the hosting plan, along with configured, but they do not show up for end users in the panel. No error messages were displayed and the plan is set to unlimited. Is there something I'm being dumb and forgot, or did I possibly find a bug with 2016?

For what it's worth, I have the same software versions and I can see FTP accounts and MySQL databases listed when I log in as a regular user.
