I am running SolidCP v1.4.2 and I am looking to upgrade to v1.4.3 on all my servers.
I cannot run the "upgrade script", because I do not have Admin permission on the domain.
So, what is the correct way to upgrade my Portal/Enterprise, as each Server in turn? Do I just install the latest MSI, run the install as normal and the install handles the upgrade?

Unfortunately, this was a pressing matter and I could not wait for a response. Eventually, I performed a manual update (as explained on this website) for each server involved. I don't know if the "MSI" would have performed the same upgrade automatically, but rather than take a chance and damage the system(s), I figured I would perform the manual update and be sure it upgraded correctly.
