Hello,

I was successfully able to create a user and assign a hosting space to him, however, the module did indeed require a username to be input, however when creating a new user in WHMCS it does Not assign the username field automatically, it only assigns a password, so not sure how will this be done automatically from now on if username field is missing in WHMCS ?!?.. as for the domain it wasn't necessary either as I only want to automate part of the job that is to create a user in SCP only and ill setup his VPS manually through SCP...

Many Thanks !...

ok I just found out that a domain MUST be assigned in order for WHMCS to give a username based on the domain, so I will stick to this option, however SCP failed to create the account ONLY WHEN A DOMAIN IS GIVEN !! and it gives the following error:

Order Accept Encountered Problems
CreateAccount Fault: (Code: 0, Message: ChangeUserStatus Fault: (Code: 0, Message: SOAP Fault: (Code: 0, Message: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'http://:/esPackages.asmx?WSDL' : failed to load external entity "http://:/esPackages.asmx?WSDL" ), Service ID: 169)

Any help will be greatly appreciated to solve this issue for good...

Thanks,

Hi hdseed,

you can change the behaviour of creating a username for a service in WHMCS:  https://docs.whmcs.com/Ordering_Tab#Enable_Random_Usernames

Normally WHMCS uses the domain letters to create a username, but you can switch there to create a random username, which doesn't need a domain to be added to the order.

Regarding you second problem, I've written you in the second thread. In this case we can keep two issues separated :).

Best regards

Bogdan
