Hi, after remove user (name also user) from manage panel and it recreate, in AD are still remains disable accounts like user00008, user00019 … The interval between the creation (attribute "when created") of these accounts is no more than 3 minutes. Those account no UPN.

We have 2 DC in AD site were exist manage panel (DC1,DC2). In setting of manage panel DC1 sets as default domain controller.

Our domain contain 2 AD sites. Version manage panel 1.2.1, OS – windows server 2016.

What users are they and how to fix it?

Hello,

It sounds like you have disabled users enabled. We do recommend this is disabled and will be removed shortly as you can see from Marco's comment on https://solidcp.com/forum/question/can-i-restore-a-deleted-organizations-user-what-is-the-purpose-of-deletedusers/.

Kind Regards,

This is not our example. We have users with similar names (user00001,user00007..., for example), disabled, without UPN. In the panel they are not, but only in AD. But there is one valid user in both the AD and the panel with a similar name like user00013, for example.

I suspect that the panel does not have time to remove users from AD, or recreates the user, but does not clean it.
