Hello,
after upgrade to version 1.4.9 I am no more able to add record on Simple DNS Plus
Looking with packet capture I see that API PATCH request is wrong: it use as content type text/plain and not application/json
see attached screenshot
Can you help me?

Additional note: rollback server to 1.4.8 works fine, I can confirm it is a bug on server component only on version 1.4.9
