The user tries to make DNS entry for DKIM.
For example
Text Record Name: 8A624B93B4C8114._domainKey.mydomain.com
Text Record value: Long Long Long String (394 symbols)
In SolidCP DNS management nothing is happened.
In Microsoft DNS in the domain zone mydomain.com the key 8A624B93B4C8114 is created under _domainKey subfolder. But the text value is striped.
The problems are two:

  1. The keys in subfolder in domain zone not shown in DNS manager in SolidCP control panel. The user is not able to edit or delete it.
  2. The long text value is cut out.

Hello,
Actually if you do the same from MS DNS it also strips the value.
If i remember correctly in MS DNS mmc you have to split up the record using multiple lines and a to break them up.
Unfortunatly currently SolidCP only has a text box not an text area to which the long DKIM records will be chopped off.
Currently i would recommend using the shorter DKIM records untill we have found a solution to address the long records.
Regards,
Marco
