Do anyone has idea, how to enable Lync or Skype for existing users with mailboxes? Bulk csv Import Tool rejects existing users. Some other solution?

You should be able to enable Lync & SfB users which are already existing with mailbox's. I know that for Lync & SfB it requires the first and last name is filled.
Did you try through the normal GUI?

Oh, I forgot that I have to enable it for 1500 accounts, so I think about some bulk solution. Do you have some idea?
