Is there something i'm doing wrong here?

Hello,
Can you check that the RDS Gateway is able to ping the server you are trying to add? This error normally occurs when either it is unable to resolve the server or no reply from the ping.
Kind Regards,
Trevor Robinson

Hi,
Does the SolidCP Server user on RDS have administrator rights on the new desktop? It suggests that the server was unable to remotly connect to install the roles. We do normally recommend that the SolidCP Server user is given Domain Admins (Do note you need to do a iisreset after adding the extra permissions).
Kind Regards,
Trevor Robinson
No because the SCPServer users are all LOCAL user account exept for the SCPServer user on the AD server whitch is a AD user (and administrator on the new RDS server)
