As it should cover pretty much everything besides hostname lookup not working (happens if you have a computer name with only numbers, or disabled netbios name in ipv4 settings).

Hi, I have enabled the NetBIOS but still the same error, I realized that in ns2 (the server I should add) when I try a da I directly from the server to enter the portal directly from the server gives me error 400 bad request while if I try to enter from a client gives me this error, could not be solid cp causing the problem? It's not a SolidCP problem but a confrontational problem in this case (we add / setup servers pretty much every day, and have added a ton since v1.1.2 release, so i can confirm it works 100% with 2003 up to 2016)

Can you load the url http://<serverip>:9003 from the portal server?

If portal server doesn't load, can you load it from the Server your trying to add?

As far as looking at the server through teamviewer: Thats possible but we only do that for our support fee (all profits go back into SolidCP). This issue should be resolved within 1 hour though (which is 75 euro's for a single hour).
