Yes you can use my account --> tickets --> create ticket and upload your files there
One of us can then inspect them and give some feedback. (tickets are not public).

How do I enable some debug logging, so that I can send you those logs in the ticket?
The audit log indicates that I certainly did do the delete, but it is not removing the line from the table.

Most easy is the windows Event log 3rd expandable option --> SolidCP log
that should contain the info of what it's trying to execute on the SolidCP server though given the title your having an issue deleting a peer account, which should just involve portal + enterprise, so i wouldn't expect much there.
