Hi
i try login to Control Panel
and i get "Wrong credentials
Wrong user name or password have been specified or account is locked."
i replace password and try login
but Still getting an error
"Wrong credentials
Wrong user name or password have been specified or account is locked."

Try "serveradmin" for username
Unless that is what you already tried?

This has been resolved via paid ticket. The serveradmin account appears to have had the forgotten password completed so once these values had been reset in the database and a password set it worked fine.
