Hi,

Can you check the settings here:

Application Mangement -> Change site collection administrators (Under Site Collections)

Site Collection: Make sure the site collection is set to your site (Same as set in SolidCP)

Primary Site collection Administrator: set to your SolidCP Server user (The one located on the sharepoint server)

Meanwhile, I would like to ask you

• Is the SolidPC support creating a site subscription? (Multi-tenant environment).
• Is the SolidPC configure the HNSC for the site collection?
• Can I Manage EPM instances via the SolidPC?
