It appears you stumbled up on a bug that came with the IDN regex.

I have fixed it and pushed the fix live.

Just copy the files over the existing portal files and it should be fixed.

I confirm - the patch fixes the problem.

One more trouble...

After patch I can't add any website using Web site page. Some domains are available in account but"Select Domain" selector is empty on creating new website.

The new site can be created only while creating new Domain.

Can you fix it also?

I have verified that this is not a bug / issue with the current release. (also no codes have been modified for creating websites, unlike the domain validation bug of earlier where we did modify regex to support idn domains).

Adding websites for existing domains works as expected.

The only reasons why a domain does not show up in the available list is if they have been assigned as a pointer, or already have their own website (a domain can only be assigned once in websites).
