Renew SSL certificate
When I want renew a SSL certificate from Websites > [domain] > SSL, I get this error in Event Viewer:
[2/1/2018 4:21:40 PM] ERROR: Error adding SSL certificate
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80092004): CertEnroll::CX509Enrollment::InstallResponse: Cannot find object or property. 0x80092004 (-2146885628) at CertEnrollInterop.IX509Enrollment2.InstallResponse(InstallResponseRestrictionFlags Restrictions, String strResponse, EncodingType Encoding, String strPassword) at SolidCP.Providers.Web.Iis.SSLModuleService80.InstallCertificate(SSLCertificate cert, WebSite website)
Windows Server 2012 & IIS 8.0
I have just tried this on our development server and it appears to be working.
Did you create the CSR in SolidCP? The error would suggest that maybe the private key is missing.
I can install a SSL certificate successfully, the issue occurs when I want to renew it, I use the same CSR in SolidCP.
Can you renew a SSL certificate?
You can renew a SSL inside of SolidCP. I have tried this once a SSL installed and it works fine (Generate new SSL & Install new certificate).
Can you tell me which part gives the error? Looking at the error it generated the CSR and it was completing it?
I cannot renew a SSL inside of SolidCP. I can renew the cert from server manually.
I can register and install the cert inside of SolidCP
