Hi there,

we just installed solidcp 1.4.4 on ms server 2019. We have a dc, two exchange 2019 and one enterprise server running the solidcp portal. The portal site is working fine. we added the exchange server without any problem. Creating a customer is also working. But creating a hosting space throws this error:

Page URL:
http://XXX:9001/Default.aspx?pid=Home&mid=22&ctl=create_space&UserID=6

Logged User:
serveradmin

Work on Behalf:
test

Hosting Space:
0

The logs on all servers are clean. No errors in the solidcp logs nor in the exchange logs. We used this guide to configure the exchange server: https://solidcp.com/kb/configuration/exchange-2013-2016-configuration/ despite being for exchange 2013/2016. Is there anything else we have to do for exchange 2019? All SolidCP-Server instances and the Enterprise Server are running and are reachable via port 9003/9002.

We would be very grateful for any helb to solve this! Thank you.

Hello,

Could you create the hosting space without creating FTP or website enabled?.

If it's your first ever FTP account via SolidCP there might be a bug acting up which requires adding the FTP after the hosting space has been created (only for the first hosting space, after that it should be working 100%).

Regards,

Marco
