fixed the problem i upgraded to mysql 5.7.13 and some changes in configuration fixed the problem thnx

ndricim can you please elaborate on your fix? I'm having almost the same issue you are. I can even create databases and users in the control panel just fine, but when I go to install wordpress, I get that error " Installing wordpress I get error: – ApplicationInstallationError
