Hello,
This is normally due to an issue with the SQL. Can you please try run the SQL script found at http://installer.solidcp.com/Files/1.4.0/Tools/IIS-SSLFix.zip
We have tested this on our development machine and it worked fine we do however advise that a backup of the SQL database is taken before running this.
Please can you provide feedback on if this resolved your issue?
Kind Regards,
Trevor Robinson
Trevor - thank you--running that SQL update fixed the issue. And I was then able to easily install a new Let's Encrypt certificate on my site from the SolidCP interface--awesome!
Hi Mark,
Thank you for the feedback.
I have implanted some fix's which will fix the issue in future updates. It appears to come from when the provider is added and the update button on the page is not clicked.
If anybody else has this issue please run the sql file provided which should fix the problem.
Kind Regards,
Trevor Robinson
Hi, I am having similar issue in Windows 2012, but problem is I am able to see 'Enable SSI' and other options in Server settings, but i don't see any 'SSL' option in Hosting Plans and I can't enable.
I also try add server again from Configuration > Servers > Add Server and Enabled SSI. After than when I goto Hosting Plans and create new Hosting Plan using this server, I again don't see any SSL option in plan settings. I am using Solid CP 1.4.1 version.
Please help me if someone have fix.
Hello,
Can you confirm if you have ran the upgrade script as mentioned in the selected answer?
Thanks,
Trevor
