I ran the bat file to see the output as awstats has no data and below is what I get everything is correct in the portal config section below is the output running the bat from command line note the garbage getting in the path

Error: Couldn't open server log file "GÇ£e:websitesUserDomainNamelogsW3SVC3u_ex180526.logGÇ¥" : Invalid argument
Setup ('./awstats.DomainName.conf' file, web server or permissions) may be wrong.
Check config file, permissions and AWStats documentation (in 'docs' directory).
The install script was putting the small quotes in as ” not as " which was messing up the code, it was so small there I could not have noticed it without pasting in a notepad and enlarging the text all is working now I will just have to wait to see if it auto update the data now
