Hello,

I'm afraid this is a known issue with the installer.

Just removing it from the update.zip will make the installer think it's a deleted file and will remove the file all together instead of updating/replacing it.

In general we always recommend to use the powershell update script instead, it does not come with the same issues and limitations as the installer has.
