Hello,

i have a problem when i create a customer account with multiple domains.

Everytime when i create the "Main Account" i dont have a problem, the domain, settings ect. works fine and all are correct created.

But when i add more domains to the "Main Account" my problems starts.

When i add a new domain to the customer i get a "Gateway Timeout" error.

At the logs i dont see some at the Portal Server and also not at the DB Server ( Enterprise )

Any tip where i can see whats happend ?

Do you have any stack trace for details as to where it gets stuck?

Hi Marco, where i can find the stack trace ?

I dont know where to search.

At the DB ( Enterprise Server ? ), Portal Server or DNS Server, Webserver or Exchange ?
The Virtual Server contains at the moment only DNS,Hosted Exchange, Hosted Organisations, WebServer and Webengines

Stack trace is normally when you see the time out error. (below it).

But i would not use Web Engines (it's a bit of a legacy module).

Other errors can be found in the SolidCP Server servers --> Event Viewer --> Application logs --> SolidCP

Hi Marco, the only what i see at the SolidCP Webinterface when i create a new domain for the Customer is that :

504 Gateway Time-out
The server didn't respond in time.

Nothing more

After that i have to wait nealy 15 minutes bevor i can use the webinterface again.
Later when i am at home i will look for the eventlogs and post it here.

Info : Have removed now the Webengine from the Virtual Server so its not in use more.

Update : The Audit log show me "NO" error, the domain is created at the SolidCP Panel and also at the DNS Server, but tell me it is normal that at the new domain all entrys from the exchange server are missing ?
When i create the Main Domain, it creates me all DNS entrys for the Exchange but not for the new Domain.
