Hello,

Is your SolidCP user set with email as HTML or Plain text?

Plain text has an anchient bug all the way from WebsitePanel days and will error out when you try to create a mailbox, so always make sure you set the SolidCP user to HTML email.

Regards,

Marco

Hello,

hmailserver and exchange are both working nicely with solidcp, however exchange is enterprise software which is more difficult to configure, but also for example requires more server resources.

-1 error is usually user or email already existing more details can be found in the event viewer.

for the previous error listed another question would be if you got public folder primary hierarchy.

in the end its a common error which can mean alot of diff things.
if you want we can take a look our selfs, however 1:1 support we only provide at an hourly fee.

regards,
Marco
