Hi,
At my domain registry I created custom name server ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com, when I check https://www.whatsmydns.net ns records are pointing to my ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com but A records can not be resolved.
I added A records with my domain register to point to my IP address, but I am not sure hot to set it up here: http://localhost:9001/Default.aspx?pid=Servers&mid=255&ctl=edit_service&ServiceID=4&ServerID=1
Configuration -> Server -> DNS
Can anybody help please?

Hello,
You should make the custom name servers at your domain provider, In the DNS provider add these name servers. You should also add the domain to the DNS and ensure you make the A records there.
