We are seeing this issue increasingly.

Microsoft DNS Server 2012+ on Windows Server 2012 R2. The actually DNS records are not duplicated only in the UI.

Found the issue, not sure it is fixed on a newer release.

If you put in the domain name as part of the text name field it seems to cause the duplication i.e. zoho._domainkey.yourdomain.com causes issue while zoho._domainkey (which is correct) does not.

This is how Microsoft DNS records the zone. Maybe to combat this we should show the domain to the right of the record name field?
