I installed a new standalone server and when I try to select 'Enabled Hard Quota' in the server system, this option is disabled.
I installed all the option in the file system service role but is still disabled.
Can anyone help me solve this problem?

You only need FSRM (File Server Resource Management)
Once you have that installed make sure you enable hard quota in the system service settings.

I tried to force the activation by Firefox, using the option to inspect the element.
I am creating hosting plans now to see if the quota values will be applied.
