Hello. I've just freshly installed Solidcp 1.2.1 and I have problem adding IP Address. I get follwing error message with no details:
"Error adding IP address"
I tried changing server and different IP Addresses and nothing worked. I also tried IP Addresses range and single IPs. Please help.

Sorry for the delay. I have found the problem and the solution would be to run the update_db.sql from http://installer.solidcp.com/Files/Stable/Manual-Update.zip

We are working to fix this bug and it appears only on fresh installs due to a problem in DB creation.

The error indicates there was a timeout running the query against the SQL server.
I would recommend you try adding the ip again and see if the the problem continues?

Hello. I can not click on add ip address. It is disabled and my mouse cursor turns into not allowed sign. BTW my db server is on another virtual machine in the same subnet.
