Hello,
Can you tell me if you still get the same error once you leave the SSL page and go back to it?
Is there anything special about the certificate (Like Wildcard, multiple domains etc)?
Kind Regards,
Trevor Robinson
After if I refresh and return to the SSL section there is no details about the certificate.
It is a Geotrust RapidSSL certificate to replace an existing certificate, the cert includes a secure domain.com for the ssl cert www.domain.com
Occurred in 1.2.0 so I've updated to 1.2.1 and still have the problem. Its occurred with 3 of the last 4 certificates I've installed, couldn't see why the one worked. Previously I've installed maybe 50 or so without problem.
Also can't see any error in the windows or solidcp log that would relate at the time.
If I try to export the certificate I get an error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
+1 same problem. Also RapidSSL. Certificates were installed with the same error as OP, they do work and error is not shown after refreshing, but there aren't any details under "Certificate Info". Running SolidCP 1.4.1
Interesting that RapidSSL would cause this issue.
Can you tell me if you generated the CSR in SolidCP or was it a upload of the PFX file?
Kind Regards,
Trevor
