I am getting below error when I create the RDS Server. I have configured correct OU, Computer name etc…
The error would indicate that the Enterprise server is unable to connect to the RDS Gateway.
I would double check it shows a version number in Configuration -> Servers then select the server.
If that works fine check that the SessionHost is pingable from the Gateway.
Finally i would check in the Windows eventlog under Application -> SolidCP to see if a more detailed error has been logged.

Can you confirm that the Root OU set in the RDS Provider has been set and does exist on the AD?
Its hard for me to advise without looking at this error as it appears to be an issue with binding to the AD server. I would double check controller is correct in the panel and the server is able to connect to it.

Can you check if the user running the server component on rds gateway is member of local administrator and / or member of domain admins group?
