I am unable to create a Mailbox User.

It will create the user in the AD, then i got to wait a very long time, then it returns with an Time out and a message in the error log:

[1/24/2017 12:32:44 PM] WARNING: Exchange Invoke error: The operation couldn't be performed because object 'teest00000' couldn't be found on 'SRV.DOMAIN.NL'. (it has the FQDN of our AD server)

When i look in the AD, the user is there, and in Exchange it does create an Accepted domain and an Group etc.
