Hello,

What windows version do you have? and does it have powershell?

--> Cannot load Windows PowerShell snap-in

Additionally note that Active Directory Powershell add-in is required and Group Policy management.

Regards,

Marco

Is the Active Directory server also the one which hosts the Hosted Organization service?
As it's that server who hosts the SolidCP Server --> Hosted Organization service which needs thole features (mmc's)

Well after you can check off the Powershell, AD Powershell, Group policy management is in place the next one will be settings?

Did you set the prefered Active Directory server as : dc01.mydomain.local? (full fqdn, in plain text)

the Root OU is Capital sensetive such as CustomersExchange.

The Active Directory Settings in Portal:
The domain should be like mydomain.local with auth none (no user/ pass filled in)
