Hi im struggling to create user accounts in SolidCP through whmcs, i receive the following error:
CreateAccount Fault: (Code: 0, Message: ChangeUserStatus Fault: (Code: 0, Message: SOAP Fault: (Code: 0, Message: Server was unable to process request. ---> Object reference not set to an instance of an object.), Service ID: 154)
The package name matches SolidCP
The Parent Space ID is 1 and PlanID is correct
Send HTML mail is ticked
The SolidCP server in WHMCS is fine and when testing connection, its fine
Anyone know how to resolve this issue?
