Hello Marco,

We have been using SolidCP in our production environment & have multiple domains imported with users in SolidCP without any issues.

We are easily able to create new hosting plan with a new domain or create hosting plan with an existing domain on Exchange Server

There is only one domain which has about 70 Mailboxes which we are unable to create Exchange Hosting plan.

It gives the below error while creating the plan.

Page URL:
http://loginpanel.mycloud.com:9001/Default.aspx?pid=Home&mid=22&ctl=create_space&UserID=30

Logged User:
serveradmin

Work on Behalf:
admin.ab

Hosting Space:
0

Hello,

I must say: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. —> Execution result does not contain any object

is one of the most annoying errors you can get, as it litterally gives no clue what the issue is (other then it not receiving any values back).

Is there anything on the Exchange CAS log or SolidCP log that gives some more details?

From the looks of it i think it falls over the organization domain/name but hard to tell.

Regards,

Marco

Hi,

I have seen this when the MailDB has the setting "IsExcludedFromProvisioning" set to true.

You can check this by running:

Get-MailboxDatabase | FT Name, IsExcludedFromProvisioning

If it is set to false then run the following to change it:

Get-MailboxDatabase | set-mailboxdatabase -isexcludedfromprovisioning $False

Kind Regards,

Dear Trevor,

Thanks for your reply.

MailboxDatabase-isexcluded from provisioning is already set to $False.

I had read some posts on websitepanel regarding this and had verified this already.

I am sending logs of SolidCP and Exchange which were generated at the time of creating the Domain.

Regards

SM
