Dear team,

I would like your extended help regarding to creating mailbox when i create a mailbox create mailbox button is not getting highlighted

i have a created a user ,created the hosting space for a domain and log into the portal using the user created and try to create mailboxes but create mailbox button is not getting highlighted

I created the user and then when into creating mail box and i search for the user created once i select the user the iam stuck in this page

mailbox creation page but createmailbox button is not getting highlighted

am i done any thing wrong in configuration ?

please guide me on this
