i have been always able to create any VM using my current hosting plans on the older SCP version, this time am trying to create a new VM and am getting this error:
Error in Creating Virtual Server - Input String Was Not in A Correct Format

I have gone through the inputs manually many times, i changed the browser(s), tried chrome and IE, cleared my cache, resarted the machine, still !! i created a NEW hosting plan, am still getting this same error, something is telling me the strings am entering are not being passed on to the Final step !!

Please, we need urgent help with this is VM setups are pending, many thanks in advance...

Hello,

Can you please tell me the version of SolidCP you are using?

I am not aware of any issues but i would check that the template details are correct.

If you require urgent support i would advise buying a SLA-1hour plan from our premium support for a member of our support staff to be able to connect and resolve the issue. You can find the full details including price at https://solidcp.com/services/server-support/

Kind Regards,

Trevor Robinson
