What specifically in the DNS settings can I check? Any pointers will help. I can browse to other site on that server on port 80 (using the IP) but CP Portal on port 9001 gives the issue. Are you able to help me check using TeamViewer?
When I use my servers IP and browse to enterprise server (:9002 or 9003) both work fine. However, browsing to 9001 is where the issues is. It appears that communication between portal and enterprise server is throwing an error. Any pointers on what could be wrong? This is Windows 2016 server, IIS 10.

Can you browse the enterprise page using: http://127.0.0.1:9003 ? This is normally the URL SolidCP will use for communication between the portal and enterprise.

Yes that works and so does 127.0.0.1:9002.
Ok and can you confirm that DNS is also working fine? Can you ping the servers hostname?
