Could you please try to manually upgrade the database to 1.4.2 to see if this helps? You can find the instructions at https://solidcp.com/kb/update/manual-update/ (Just follow the parts regarding Enterprise Database)

i have run the update query, i get 1 error but the rest are ok

Msg 547, Level 16, State 0, Line 23
The ALTER TABLE statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_ServiceItemTypes_ResourceGroups". The conflict occurred in database "xxxxx", table "dbo.ResourceGroups", column 'GroupID'.
Msg 2627, Level 14, State 1, Line 5
Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_ResourceGroups'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.ResourceGroups'. The duplicate key value is (72).
The statement has been terminated.

also i am still getting the error within solidcp

Hi Trevor,

do you  have any other suggestions for this? Unfortunately we cant provision any new customers as this error is given.

The error mentions quotas, what would this be refering to?

Hi Trevor,

i have resolved the DB update issue, the DB upgrade script works through without error now.

I have also setup a new enterprise and portal server, and pointed them towards the database server, the same error pops up so it must be a DB issue.

Can you advise what it could be?
