I'm not able to upload large files using with File Upload manager without an error screen popping up (with no information on it)

I assume there is a limit somewhere, but searched the forum and only found mention of the request size edit in IIS manager, which is already set to 4000MB (I am trying to upload a 120 MB file)

No errors in the SCP logs, nor the registry.

Any ideas?
