Hi,
When I create new users the hide from addresslist checkbox comes preselected. I uncheck the checkbox and save settings but it does not change. Also the mailbox on the exchange server is setup as hide from address list checked.
How can I remove this check or what might be the problem?

Hello,
Can you check if "Consumer Organization Support" is enabled in the hosting plan? If it is then the exchange server will not create a address book.
