I get this error when creating a mailbox (similar error is experienced when deleting a mailbox).
Has anyone experienced this before?

Hello,
In general this would indicate an communication issue between SolidCP and Exchange or Active Directory.
I would refer to the event viewer logs for further details as what it's trying and failing to do.
