The only way we can see the current size of users mailboxes is to view individual mailboxes in the portal, at the users Setting screen. Would there be a way to efficiently populate that information on the mailbox list screen?

Hello,
Currently you can only see that in the setting screen as that value is pulled from exchange on each load of the page.
If we was to do this on the mailbox's overview it would add considerable load time to the page and possible load to the Exchange server also.
