The problem here am discussing is two totally different services but for the SAME user, one which is old and a second new order, however they are BOTH pointing to the SAME hosting space and order in SCP !!!!....
First i got a new order in whmcs so am trying to click the create button, it says user already exist !!...
I was forced to manuall set the product status to Active in WHMCS, when i do that a SCP link shows successfully in WHMCS, but when i click that link it takes me to the Other previously ordered service by the same client !!...
This is a very serious issue/bug and should be addressed ASAP, why on earth does SCP consider two different services as same !!
anyways i have uploaded a video hope it makes sense, the new service/order is UK40, and the old order is UK34...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mtapDz45L9s
Please watch it and explain how on earth is that even possible and how to fix it as ive seen this sort of weird behavior before in SCP, taking snapshot for one vps via SCP but a totally different VPS takes a snapshot, and deleting it gets deleted from other VPS !?!?!??!.....
Hope to get an answer soon...
Thanks,

Hello,
Please note that everything is pretty much dependent on the User param and password param.
Unless it's adjusted custom to duplicate exact same users (and pass's) your example won't work.
WHMCS simply executes createUserWizard, to which we could put an additional break in to avoid custom duplicates
The Snapshot example i personally know little about (i don't work too much with Hyper-v module my self) however i would assume thats an environmental issue with overlapping itemID's in DB (to which they depend on).
Regards,
Marco

Are you saying the Username and password field under Products/Services should be unique otherwise this could happen ?!?
I have to change those values + the Hostname for VPS orders, is there is any problem with that ?...
The problem here is that once a service is past the payment due date it doesnt' get automatically suspended nor terminated, I have to do it myself, i have asked this before but forgot what was your team response, sorry to ask again but i want to fix the once and for all too, is changing any of the fields above manually resulting in SCP not being able to suspend overdue services ?...
Is it possible for SCP to delete those overdue services completely (VM + .vhd) or it will only suspend the service ??...
Thanks,

Those values are used for the SolidCP user and password creation.
So if you have them duplicate (manually set) you in essense are handing over other users username + passwords.
Now technically it shouldn't be possible to have them duplicate and it should error without creating anything, in this part i think we need to put an extra break in place to prevent anything to happen at all when it's duplicate (it's not a critical fix though).
VPS Suspension has already been fixed in codes from what i know and should be part in next release.
