Hey there again,

after some time now I tried to get stuff together but there is no luck for me far. I also reinstalled SolidCP and put my SQL Database back in there.

After reinstalling and trying to get it to work over the past days now I get the error:"WinRM client received a bad request status (400)" when trying to read mailbox settings. Im quiet sure that this error must be related to my IIS bindings. I feel like I tried every combination of localhost IP or any other IPs related to my network connections. Also when I try to create a new org it says unknown error. The windows event viewer says the same.

Any others who got same problems?

I guess that CU13 is supportet, right?

I even do not know why my clean isntall and attaching the old database did not even work. Is there anything to keep in mind?

CU13 is supported (not much has changed).
Old or new i don't think matters in this case as your error is related to the ECP Virtual Directory: Powershell.

If you want i can take a peek for you for a support fee of 75 eur (non-proffit everything will be pushed back into the SolidCP Project)
This will give me 1 hour to solve your issue which should be more then plenty.
