Im finally migrating from MSPControl, but have some questions.
I have installed Enterprise, Server and Portal onto a new VM as per your video guide because I dont want to carry over any issues from MSP.
The database has been placed in the existing MSSQL installation.

Now my issues may be related to the fact that I am far more familiar with MSPControl.....

Firstly:
Latest installer used, so I realise that there wouldnt be any updates, but why when I click on 'Update Servers' does it report:

'Directory 127.0.0.1C$SolidCPServer not found'

When I can browse to it using that very address?

Secondly:
The scheduler doesnt show a task for updating the LetsEncrypt Certificates.... Is this simply because I have set it up yet, or am I missing something that is different to what I am used to?

Thanks In Advance
Paul

Hello,

Firstly i would like to welcome you to SolidCP.

For your issue with the installer i would check that it is running as Admin as this shouldnt be a problem (It does normally use the C: path and not UNC). If you continue to have issues i would update the installer .config to use C:.

The task for LetsEncrypt will only appear once the first certificate has been created. This is due to the fact we use win-acme (Formerly known as letsencrypt-win-simple) and it creates its own task on the machine.

Kind Regards,
